Background:
This client had built a good customer base, through years of selling in their retail store. However this relied on home-made ‘craft-style’ branding and in person store service.
They had very little online presence, but wanted the brand to be successful in its own right (with or without the bricks & mortar).
They needed a brand overhaul and a new stratgey to attract the right customer, but they felt very time-poor and completely overwhelmed with the ‘how’.
The Solution:
Our first step was to create a sleek new brand package, incorporating their product design. This upgraded their audience from ‘craft’ buyers to the luxury home audience and enabled them to increase their prices inline with their competitors.
We then created new product photography for all their beautiful candles & diffusers, to give them a library of professional visuals.
We are now in the process of updating their website and running weekly email marketing & social media promotions, focusing on their brand story and growing their online audience.
They are working with me as part of their team; committing to 3 hours a week has given them regular and quick progress.
