How it works
Timeline: 4-6 weeks typical
Week 1: Discovery call (90 mins). We talk through your business, customers, where you’re headed, what success looks like.
Week 2: Strategy & concepts. I develop your positioning and present 3 logo directions for feedback.
Week 3: Refinement. You pick your favourite direction. I refine it through 2 rounds of revisions. We lock in colours and type.
Week 4-5: Build & document. I create your brand guidelines, logo variations, and branded templates. You review and request final tweaks.
Week 6: Delivery. Everything is ready to launch; files, guidelines, the lot.

Can we do more than 2 rounds of revisions?
The package includes 2 rounds of revisions on the logo. If you need more, we can add additional rounds at £150 each.
What if I’m not happy with any of the 3 initial concepts?
Rare, but it happens. We’ll have a chat and I’ll create 2 new directions at no extra cost. After that, additional concepts are £150 each.
Can you include website design or other deliverables?
Brand Launch is focused on identity (logo, colours, type, guidelines). If you need website graphics, packaging design, or other collateral, we can add that as an add-on or discuss a different package.
What format will I get the files in?
You’ll get everything as:
• AI/EPS (for your designer if you ever need one)
• PDF (guidelines, easy to share)
• PNG/SVG (web-ready)
• Print-ready files (300 DPI for print)
Can we speed this up?
The timeline is pretty tight as is, but if you need it faster, we can chat about expediting. There’s a rush fee of £250 to compress the timeline.
What if I want to work with you after this?
Love that! Once your brand is live, many clients upgrade to Part of the Team or Unlimited Design for ongoing support. We can talk about what works for you at that point.
Do you have payment terms?
50% deposit to kick off the project, 50% due before final files are delivered. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice.
